Star Crossed Photography

Welcome to my pixel lovin' world!

Star Crossed photos are creative expressions captured by Sheila. Her portraits and snapshots strive to show an artistic, intimate, and journalistic moment caught in time. She is bringing a fresh perspective to the photographic world and would love to spend time getting to know you and create a piece of art you can cherish for years to come.

Star Crossed is an on-location studio based in Knoxville, Tn and available anywhere you are. So, do you want to have an engagement shoot downtown because that's where you first met, or a family portrait at the zoo because it's a favorite pastime, or even a wedding in Ireland... well, just because? Sheila will be there to record the memories.

This blog is for you to get to know Sheila a little more and for her to share the clients friends she has been blessed enough to meet.

What's a blog without some pics?

I've been occupied lately with life and the ever so exciting adventure of starting my own business. The blog may undergo several face lifts over the next few months so bare with me while I perfect the look. The offical website is also in the works and I can't wait to reveal the finished product sometime in the next month.

So on to the best part of photographers blogs... pictures of course.

I Have this beautiful friend named Rebekah, ok, well back in the day (middle school to be exact) she still went by Rebekah. These days it's simply Bekah. She is intelligent, honest, strong and lives life for God. Perfect right? So who would be lucky enough to catch her eye? That would be Blake, and although I didn't have the opportunity to meet him until the wedding I knew by the way the new bride and groom looked at each other that my friend had found a man who loves her deeply.

Thank you for letting me spend such an important day with you buzzing around with my camera in tow. Congratulations again, love ya "Tribekah"!

Here are a few details I grabbed throughout the day...

I love this completely REAL moment between mother and daughter.
